Hi lybrate-user, there are various reasons for the body to react in the way you are. In women, usually at this age, menstrual cycle would be one of the major factors for such symptoms especially if the cycles are irregular. Hot flashes are usually a common symptom of menopause in women. As you mentioned you are 36, it is highly unlikely to have menopause at this age but it is possible. I would advise to kindly consult a doctor (gynae) in that case to rule that out. It is unclear if the medicine is prescribed or not so I would suggest not to do any self medication. If that is ruled out the next possible factor can be stress in personal or professional life. In that case it would be helpful to consult a psychologist. There is always a possibility of having seasonal mood swings too mainly in winters popularly known as winter blues. If there is a pattern there then you can affiliate it to seasons too. I would advise to look into any kinds of stimuli which would be triggering for you and starts your anxiety or mood swings. Exercise more often because anxiety can also come from a general ignorance of physical well being and the body may react to that in the way of symptoms you have mentioned. Eat a more balanced diet. Have higher intake in breakfast and lowest in the dinner. Eat early and at around 8 and go to bed after 2 hours of having dinner. Meditate in the mornings. It would be good to go out and have a walk in a nearby park and reconnecting with nature. Maybe if feasible go out for an outing to a hill station and try to reconnect with yourself and nature. In case you still have questions please feel free to message. I hope you have a speedy recovery. Regards.

I do not think taking daxid sometimes really works. You need to take it regularly as prescribed to help in your improvement.
