Daily morning I take 2 bananas and 2 eggs in order to gain weight but from somewhere I came to know that eating eggs reduces weights. It is true? Should I stop taking eggs? please suggest me. Thank you.

Hello lybrate-user, egg is very high in protein. It helps in muscle gain and also help in weight gain. You have to take in breakfast.
