Improve your nutrition. Take balanced protein n vitamins rich diet whole grain pulses, seasonal salad n fruits, home cooked meal. Proper sleep 8hr minimum, sleep timely. 2drop of baadam rogan in each nostril in morning. Take milk in breakfast with poha/ vegetable- vermicelli, veg daliya etc. Don't change your shampoo brand frequently. Don't stress, 20-30 min meditation in early morning. Soon you will improve (not stop oiling your scalp, use pure coconut oil for that.)

-use anti dandruff shampoo. -oil your hair twice a week. -do not shampoo too much. -do not comb your hair too much. -avoid using hair gels.
