Dear lybrateuser, -to get rid of the medication you have to divert & keep your mind engaged so that your anxiety reduces, -do follow a moderate exercise routine like walking, jogging, cycling for about 30 min in the morning -do meditation & yoga to relax your mind, listen to music, deep breathing exercises for 10 min -have a healthy & balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables -follow a proper sleep, awake schedule so you get up refreshed in the morning ready to face the day.
