Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening, do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take salad before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
For 5.11 feet height your weight of 80 kg could be ok, but one must also consider the body distribution of fat.
Men and women generally store fat around the tummy, waist, and thighs.
In your case, I would suggest you to go to the gym and concentrate on upper body exercises.
Your chest, back and shoulder exercises done under training will improve your chest width, and the" wings" that develop withh improve the width of the chest.
This will be more better than trying to make your thigh slender.
As you do exercise, do not neglect the leg exercises, as legs have the largest muscles in the body and when worked out they help lose fat and also make your thighs more shapely than they are today.
While exercising, wear loose comfortable clothes like track pants so that you done feel awkward in front of other men.
Once your shape stars changing you can flaunt your body.
