Hello I am 29 years old I have a problem of allergic reaction through non-veg it was since my childhood but it is not so be severe if i'll take one citizen tablet it will be okay and I am taking tablet once in a once in a year only I had now very severe problem within these last 2 months I get a lucky reactions after every 2 days since then I had stop non veg but I am not getting from which food I am allergic by the way of stopping non veg to I am getting energy to milk because milk products are daily in our diet since these last two months have gone I allergic reactions after eating ice creams ice cream after 1 hour I get a reaction I don't know whether from what I will take to can you please help me out analogic reactions are such as itching swelling of face and hives.
