Do a urine pregnancy test to confirm whether she is pregnant or not. If she is not pregnant then the menstrual irregularities can be a part of hormonal imbalance, peri menopausal symptoms or any other problem of the female reproductive tract. In that case consult a gynaecologist for examination and evaluation. Ongoing medications have in role in menstrual problem.
