Can I drink 1 raw egg per day for build good body? Is I need to mix anything with raw eggs? Milk or water.

You do not need raw eggs to build body. Raw eggs have avidin and anti nutrient which binds to biotin (vitamin) and doesn't let the body absorb biotin. Eat cooked eggs like boiled, scrambled, omelette, bhurji etc. This will help you to build muscles.
