Hi, I am 34 year old. Got sonography done on 15th nov. As per report I have enlarged liver (15. 2 cm) and grade 2 fatty changes. My ast is 22 and alt is 19. I have stopped outside food and walking 1-1 hr daily in morning and night. I am really confused what I can eat and what not. Please guide me what should I do to go back to normal liver. Thank you.
