Hi lybrate-user, 1) protect yourself by taking regular shade, need be even carry an umbrella.(manual sun blocking is the best form of protection) 2) drink plenty of water (atleast 8-10 glasses) 3) coconut water, water mellon juice, fruits, yogart (dahi). 4) use sun protection, like a sunscreen of 30+spf eg rivela gel, suncross aquagel.
