Better time management to squeeze in some time for exercise is essential. Take frequent breaks from long sitting hours. Erect posture should be maintained. Stop carbonated drinks, sweets, junk food. Include salads, fresh fruits and green leafy veg in your diet. Minimum 45 min walk daily. Adequate sleep of 6-8 hours.

Dear lybrate-user, I suggest you to go for xray or mri of lumbar spine and vitamin d3 test. As I have done people working in bpo s were facing same problems. May be spindylitis and deficiency of calcium causes back pain which you can barely sit and do work. For proper treatment visit a physiotherapist.

Dear lybrate user make proper posture while sitting. Walking is best exercise. It may occur due to excessive stress and strain on back this stress leads to straining of back muscles and ligaments if possible, do back stretching exercise take homeopathic medicine rhus tox 6c thrice a day for 5 days revert back thanks.
