Am gaining more weight, not like obesity. I dnt take any junk food out. Am not eating much too & what may be the reason for the gain of my weight? I do not have any health problems too. I walk a 10 kms a day too. No change in weight my weight is 60 age: 18. Give me some suggestions what should I do?

Hello eating less or skipping meals also increases weight. When you eat very less your body starts storing extra fat to use the energy throughout the day. Hence you start on gaining extra fat which shows weight gain. Try to avoid big meals instead have small but frequent meals. Have balanced diet. Include each food from every food group. Because fats are also necessary for your body. Just keep a check on amount and which fats you are taking. Have more vegetable and fruit. It's not only diet. It's lifestyle changes too. You may hit a plateau after few months of exercise and diet. Plateu means your weight is stuck. No change in weight. Try to make some changes in your exercise routine. Try eating carbs last at every meal after your protein and fat to break the plateu.
