I am 18 years old boy and I used to go to Gym everyday so what are the Methods to increase my fat. Suggest me some food or anything I should plan with it.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 glass water in the morning. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Take whey protein one spoon after workout. Include protein rich food in your diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. No drink before meals. Take small and frequent meals.
