Is it ok to take one or two anti depression tablet without prescription, if yes then which on? Or any other suggestions regarding this topic.

It is absolutely wrong and not advisable to take any antidepressants without consulting a doctor, preferably a psychiatrist. This is just because it may do more harm than good. Certain antidepressants may precipitate bipolar mania, psychosis, electrolyte disturbances, or even epileptic fits if taken in conditions which are contraindicated. So it would be a humble suggestion to avoid any such feats.
