Hi lybrate-user, use mental imagery or mental rehearsal - imagining yourself in full detail about how you are succeeding in a given task. You can do deep breathing exercise to calm your anxiety, say positive things to you, remember your past achievements and organize the task given to you. Consult for counseling.

Having feelings of extreme fear or anxiety on seeing difficult tasks an be a part of generalised anxiety disorder. This can be treated with behaviour therapies and counselling, medications may be started as required. Consult a psychiatrist for help ans assiatnce.
