I am 60 years Wife and two sons. No physical Relation with wife for last 8 years due to misunderstanding etc. Having a steady girlfriend aged 32 years for the last 10 years. Frankly speaking I am experimenting the key issue of being healthy and happy. I used to meditate, one hour walking from 6 am to 7 am and walking in relaxing mood in the evening for an hour.
