two years old complaints on open PLATFORM??? plenty of liquid n water asin 3 LTRS per day. salad before meals two times a big bowl. buttermilk nimbupani coconut water to add. green juice made of spinach, coriendor , pudina etc leaf made it according to taste by adding bhunajeera, black salt, gud. loose LIQ10 ml at night after dinner till stool become normal. longifene 10 ml syr one hour before meals, as it produces hunger followed by rest.
