I have vitamin d deficiency and my levels are 12. 63 ng/ml according to test reports. I took uprise 1000ui for 2 times before taking the tests. But still the reports came back like this. Should I change the dosage? Or is there anything else I should do?

It may not be the issue of supply. it may be an internal problem. your body is not making vitamin d or absorbing it.
