HI?reason behind obesity is decreased BMR (BASAL METABOLIC RATE), 1) so question is HOW BMR DECREASED?. BMR is mainly depends upon functions of LIVER, THYROID, PANCREASE, and PITUITORY GLAND, A) hypo- functions of these organs reduces BMR and body becomes obese, B) hyper- functions of these organs increases BMR and body becomes lean, C) so if you want to reduce weight then we have to increase BMR, D) so to increase BMR follow few basic things, 1) take solid food two times in a day only, 2) try to take diet which is easy to digest and according to quantity of hunger, 3) eat those fruits only which increases power of digestion and which easily digests LIKE?grapes, pappya, orange, pomgrenate, sweet lime, pineapple, watermelon, muskmelon, strawberry, mulberry, 4) strictly avoid fruits which are hard to digests like banana, guava, custardapple, chiku, jackfruit, 5) Try to take soups of green gram, lentil, horse gram, 6) try to take meals inbetween 10 am to 9 pm, 7) when you take meal do not eat anything for minimum 4 hours?. Dear its not about diet plans its about following gud dietary habit and making sensible choices of food which keep you full for long time and at the same time give you good nutrition. First try to avoid long sitting it creats insulin resistence which is the key to all modern life style diseases like obesity diabetes and many more. At every hour or two as possible stand for three minutes at least. Make healthier choices of food try to carry home made food and snacks besides junk food. Stay hydrated drink plenty of water you can drink coconut water chhach lemon water which are healthier to tea coffee. Spare time for exercise yoga and walk. Choose wholegrains over refined flour. Use filtered oil as cookinf medium over refined ones. Have protein rich diet. These changes will help you.
