I am 20 years old but I am not healthy. I am very thin however I always take a proper diet even there is no any progress in my bidy health. So kindly prescribe me the right food as well as medicines so it could improve my body.

Dear lybrate user, Take,protein and carbohydrate rich,diet. Take,plenty of water to eliminate toxins & activate metabolism. Go for aerobic exercise for 30 mnts. Take,apples,carrots,cheese,milk,papaya,spinach,potatoes,sweet potatoes,almond,walnuts. Take,banana,hot milk,butter,al ones in d breakfast. Add ghee in lunch. Take,small meals,3 hrly. Take,homoeo medicine. @ Alfalfa Q-10 drops,thrice a day. Report,fortnightly Take,care.
