I want to loose my weight. I am just 18 year old and my weight is 80kg. So give some tips for it. Please reply as soon as possible.

Your height is 5'9" and weight 80 kgs. You do not have reduce more than 7 kgs. Go for a 40 minuted brisk walk or jog 3-4 kms three days in a week. Reduce your starch and fat intake by eating less number of chapaties or reduce the quantity of rice. If you feel hungry eat some salad or a fruit like melon or water melon. Still better learn to eat one cucumber and one tomato half an hour before every princpal meal. By this progarm you shuuld be able to reduce 7 kgs in three months. For faster results go for one day fast every week.
