I am 20 years old male. I am having 34 inches waist and im having slight belly fat since I was 15 and im not able to loose it even by doing gym and cardio. What should I do?

Hello, some people have stubborn belly fat that won't go as easily as from the other parts. If you have been regularly gymming, then there are chances that your work out is not enough for loosing fat on the stomach. You have to do crunches and abs to loose fat there, if you know yoga, you can also practice kapalbhati for loosing belly fat. If you can, you should also ask your gym instructor to guide you.
