Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. She might be having leg pains because of varicose veins only for which a vascular surgeon is the best person to manage because it requires clinical examination and some tests before treatment can be initiated. I will advise you some blood tests which she should get them done empty stomach, cbc, esr, crp, serum electrolytes, serum vitamin d levels and thyroid profile.
