I am a 22 year old male and I have had diarrhea for about 2 weeks. I?ve gotten my kidneys tested and they?re supposedly fine, however, whenever I drink water it passes straight through me in about 10-20 minutes and is 100% clear. My mouth is constantly dry and my brain feels a bit foggy so i?m not sure if i?m actually getting hydrated. What am I supposed to do? Could it be something as simple as an electrolyte imbalance?
