Ulceration in your case could b due to sharp edges of your broken teeth rubbing against your cheeks. Ulcers generally take upto 2 wks to heal. Since you hv got your broken tooth removed, wait till 2 wks to see if your ulcers heal. If it doesn't you need to visit dentist for its elvaluation who'll recommend further tests. Untill then use dentogel oral ointment on the ulcer thrice daily n use bethadine mouthwash, start on multivitamin tabs too. Take care.
