Hi sir, my problem is my penis. It is very small in size and very thin. I have only 4 inch penis when it is fully erected. Can I fully satisfied my wife after marriage. I am not a married person. My age is 24. I didn't have any bad habits like drinking, smoking. Please give me your suggestions to enlarge it. Give some medicine. I am didn't use any type of medicine until now.
