Hi I do running everyday for half an hour and after this I do yoga n other exercises for half hour. And during the day I feel pain in my body & joints and I feel weakness also sometimes and most of the times it comes blackout when I suddenly stands up after long sitting. I take proper diet like 4 chapatis 3 times in a day, 1 glass milk, buttermilk & fruits. 10 almonds daily. Can anyone please help me to know why it is happening and how I can get overcome to this health issue.
