I just noticed my perineum area has turned lil red. No itching, pain, or discharge. What can cause perineum area to turn red? I am a virgin.

It may be due to infection in perineum. Keep dry and clean the perineum region. Apply anti fungal gel for get relief. Take plenty of fluids to avoid constipation.

Hello, the redness in the perineal area can be due to friction injury or rash due to moisture. You may apply cold compresses locally and see if it goes then it is likely a heat rash, else you need to visit a dermatologist.
