I have a desk job and from last 2 years my weight has gone up from 50kg to 60 kg. I want to loose my weight. Plzz help.

Try to take frequent breaks from your desk. Walk in between. Take more warm liquids. Avoid fried oily stuff. Take light dinner. Indulge in exercise atleast 45 min daily.
