Sir, i'm an unmarried 35 years old wOman who jUST lost my father. I.M living with my mother and working part time. I have a schizophrenic brother who stays abroad. We are not able to cope up with the stress. Financially there is no problem but mentally stressed. Mom is taking. 25 mg petril at bedtime. I feel lonely and lost. Get tired easily. Can not sleep properly. I have a boyfriend who is caring but financially weak. I think a lot over very small issues. And sometimes blame myself for my situation. I.M worried about my future. Iv become less social. please advice.

Becoming less social is the main problem. You must realize that your present household situation is not going to change. Mother with an illness, brother with a mental illness these areas are to be constant. Two other areas which you can change is your marriage and your stress level. Once you accept the fact that the present scenario will change when you marry, your stress level will reduce. But this option could take time. Therefore, the alternative is to engage yourself in social circumstances, games, hobbies etc so that the" thinking" time is reduced to minimum. Take care.
