I might have chondromalacia patella on my right knee. Taking tablets and wearing a knee cap for now. With pain when I put body weight on that leg. I used to workout for lower and upper body using (4 kg) weights. I want to know if I can continue the same now or wait for this to heal.

First need to reduce the pain with exercises and ultrasound therapy, later you can do start weights slowly increasing the weights depending on how much weight you can lift wothout any pressure.
