Hi im 30 years old and have gained lots of weight and would like to loose at least 6kg for my marriage please help me tell me what exactly I need to do.

Hello, you have to take luke warm water with honey after that you have to take balance diet according to your body need along with that do regular exercise and 45 minutes brisk walk. Take care.

Go for brisk walk 45 minutes daily. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include low calorie, normal protein, vitamin, and mineral, resticated carbohydrates, resticated fats, and liberal fluid, high fibre diet are given. Take salad before meals. Don't take rice at night. Take sprouts and fruits. Drink more water in a day. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
