Hello, don't be shy just do some hard work for your self like do regular exercise and 45 minutes brisk walk and take luke warm water with honey in early morning, avoid junk food oily food and if possible take a diet chart from a dietician it will help you. Take care.

Hello sir, your weight according your height should be between 72 to 76 kg. You have to sleep atleast 7 to 8 hours, and for reduce your weight follow a diet plan with regular walk n exercise. Take care.

Hi lybrate-user, you need to eat balance diet on time (like add salad, fruits, milk and milk products in your diet) along with exercise it will help you to reduce your weight. And do not take anything at least till half an hour after exercise.
