I am 18 years old. I am not able to sleep before 3am. I don't take naps in daytime. And woke up 7 am in the morning. I feel very tired all the day. What should I do?

Hi. If there is no proper sleep you feel tired. As you are waking up early n no day time naps, dats gud. If you feel tired in day try to take a nap. Do exercise daily. Eat regularly and don't eat after 8 pm. Don't watch action films at night. Avoid tea and coffee. Drink milk or buttermilk and try to sleep early. Keep the environment of your bedroom quiet and soothing. Read a good book before sleeping. Do meditation. All the best.

Hello, you seem to be sleeping only for 4 hours a day however human body needs atleast 6-8 hours of sleep to work efficiently. Try avoiding caffiene rich items like tea, coffee, colas 4 hours prior to sleep. Have warm milk at bedtime add khas- khas and elaichi powder to it. Take warm water bath and then try to sleep. If this does not work then consult your physician. Also try to do 60 minutes of physical activity daily but not closer to sleeping time.
