Hi I am 42 years old divorced lady. I am not active physically with anyone since 2011 and I had virginoplasty since 2016, now I want to marry my age a man, when I intimate with him I tired my virginity again start flow blood and swell my vagina lips and severe pain during intercourse, what should I do? I want to give birth and do sex as well, can it be smooth during sex?

Yes it will become smooth as you do sex frequently. If you feel dryness or no secretion then try some gellyies or try simple coconut oil during sex. And if you have regular menstrual cycle and ovulation then you will get pregnant.
