Sir I am an average good looking male of 27. I have never been with a woman or gf and I don't masturbate often nearly after one or two months. I have taken pure kashmiri shilajit from past 10 years many times. But never had sex or so. I don't think I have any problem but I am going to marry soon so am not sure if I am all okay. Can you please give me any advice or suggestions if I need to visit a doctor or so? Thanks.

Hello- if you have a history of masturbation then yes, you should consult of doctor irrespective of what you consumed (shilajit etc.).
