I am 17 � year indian male. Whenever I go in direct sunlight, I get feeling like my scalp in poked by many needles continuously.in some seconds, it spreads to shoulder and back and then my arm it becomes so worse that I have to rush inside house and get bath or apply ice cubes. Pls help me.

You might be suffering from sun burn tips to avoid sunburn cover up .when working outside use umbrella, dark clothes ,hats avoid exposure as much as possible, stand in shady areas. Apply sunscreen lotion before going outside avoid standing under sun for longer time especially between 10 am to 4 pm use sunscreen lotion generously. If symptom persists consult dermatologist once.
