Hlw sir. I am 19years old and I was suffering from piles. But its been a year I have done operation of piles. Now I am not suffering from any problems. So please tell me what types of exercises I can do and what cannot do so that it will be safe for me. And also tell me is it possible that the piles will reoccurence?

Any type of exercises which doesn't put strain on your pelvic muscles is alright and you should take care of your diet so that you are not constipated because straining while passing stool can increase your problem add more fibre to your food eat fresh vegetables and fruits and drink lots of water don't eat fried spicy and junk and cut down on consumption of tea coff and areated drinks.
