If your husband's blood group is positive, your baby may develop jaundice but it usually doesn't happen in first pregnancy. Please do a blood test called ict along with other standard tests during pregnancy and repeat ict monthly till 7th month of pregnancy. At 7th month your doctor will give you inj rholin to prevent isoimmunization. But if your husband's blood group is negative, no need to worry.

If this is first pregnancy then nothing is going to harm your baby. If husband is positive blood group then next pregnancy is at risk if you do not take anti d injection after delivery.
