Am aged 23 oly but I got a tummy relatively fleshy to my age. Am in a job in that kind. I mean job which dnt need much physical work but am working out in gym regularly but gym also has no remedy for fast recovery of my tummy problem. I need solution for tummy reduction in healthy way but in relatively faster too. Please help me guys.

Shiva main important thing for tummy reduction is that control of extra and unhealthy diet and remove laziness from your living pattern...do regularly 30 to 45 minute cardeo exercises preferable brisk walking...drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning..maximum intake of green tea and water..whenever you eat something then walk..dont sit after taking meal...always be active..
