Hello Doctor I am filling allows bore. And I am not consented in a particular thing. I love Computer and Smart phone and like to experiment with software. But now I can't spend for a second without Phone Or Computer. So how can I Gate back from this addiction. please tell me sa soon as possible.

Hello this addiction cannot be cured in days but it will take months and full commitment from your side. 1. Make friends around your place and go for walk in evening/morning with them. 2. Make reading books a hobby 3. Take rest for 10 minutes after every 1 hour of your work 4. Meditate 5. Start doing yoga but all these things will need full time commitment best of luck.
