I am a student. Due to my sedentary lifestyle, I am constantly gaining weight. I am gaining fat around my waist. Please tell me the measures to prevent this.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with half lemon. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
