Dear ma'm please stop azithromycin as she may be allergic to it. Also please get her investigated, incase her fever is due to dengue of chikiungunya which are also common causes of rashes. A proper consult is necessary as maybe the dose or frequency of crocin may not be enough for her. Having said that, he fever could simply be a viral fever. Whatever the cause, crocin only brings down the fever till its action lasts .please consult with a paediatrician for the right course of action.
