Hi, i'm 45 and suffering terrible heavy painful periods, my iron levels are very low and iron stores too. I've had a lot of grief and stress long term and feel i've become more unwell due to this. I overthink and am anxious but not sure why. I feel stressed without specific reasons apart from my past which is affecting my negative thinking and poor health. I want to optimize both of my iron levels can you suggest something?
