Few months back a few black spot like a small scar appeared on one side of my neck. I applied clobetasol cream which I had hoping it would fade away, but in turn it made it worse by causing a small pimple outbreak in that area. But the scar hasn't got worse though. I apply turmeric paste daily just as to some remedy, but the black spots doesn't seem to fade. Please help.

Acne is a side effect of the cream you applied hence do not self medicate. However, can not comment about the primary problem without proper images and history. Consult online for the same.
