I am not able to sleep properly for the past few months. I feel sleepy at office. When I come back home, I wake exactly after 2-3 hours.

Please see that you are not excessively worked out and not under undue stress. Your appetite and digestion should be alright with good metabolism and excretion. Get up early, have 30-45 minutes walk.
