I`m 29 years old, i'm often getting tired and feel drowsy in day times. When I feel drowsy my legs ache a lot. Wat should I do?

I think you have some vitamin and calcium deficiency. Hemoglobin level is also to be checked. I am suggesting you diet which will help you to cope with the ailment. Use 4- 5 tea spoon of oats with 200 ml milk cooked with pieces of 2-3 dry dates, daily. It will correct deficiencies.
