Do we get proteins by taking 1-2 cubes of cheese daily and wld it help in weight growth?

Hye. Thank you for your query. Firstly, weight gain does not need only proteins. Secondly, no single food can help you gain weight. It's a balance of all nutrients taken in the right amount at the right time that will aid healthy weight gain. Though you can definitely have cheese in some dish as a part of your diet.

Yes cheese cube is actually good if you are trying to increase weight, but there are other options also to increase protein in the diet like dry nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew, pistachios, peanuts, soyanuts etc. You can also add curd, paneer, whole pulses, sprouts to your diet.
