I am 17 year old female. Having to pee very often has become very inconvenient at this point. It started getting bad few months ago or so and it's worse at night. I feel the urge to pee again immediately after I have already done it. And I need to go almost every 15 min at night even if very little pee comes through. During the day it's maybe once every half or 1 hour. I cut back on drinking water so I wouldn't have to go. And at this point a 1 l bottle lasts for several days, apart from the fluid I intake during meals which is about 600 ml per day. I feel this sudden fatigue at times, mostly after meals and I just have to lay down for a bit. Digestion hasn't been good since months now and I get frequent stomachache and painful gas. The pain in scalp doesn't really bother me as it hurts only when pressed. But it's just something I noticed. There are some random pains in random body parts that just come and go at times, nothing specific. And I don't know if this has anything to do with physical health. But I have been having these intense deja vu episodes, like a panic attack I think where I feel trapped and scared. And throughout the day there are just random glitches in my brain where I am suddenly reminded of a past memory/ image/ feeling. It's been going on since few weeks and I feel very detached all the time, as if I am not here.
