I have been peeing very little since the last 1 year. I always have the urge to pee but I end up passing mere drops. Theres also a burning sensation during peeing. I do keep myself well hydrated and consume close to 3 to 4 litres of water a day. Also, my stomach is also pretty much upset all the time. I'm unable to pass all my stool in one sitting. Is there any connection between the 2?

Yes there is connection between water consumption and stomach upset. Drink water according to your thirst only. Get usg whole abdomen done first along with urine test for routine and culture. Get back to me with the reports for further treatment information.
